Policies

Sizing

We do our best to provide accurate measurements for our products.  Some are approximated to standard frame sizes, but may be slightly larger or smaller once produced.  

Bending

All our wood is of the highest quality and kiln dried to ensure proper moisture content, and products are shipped in rigid packaging to prevent bending during transit.  Our products are purposefully all natural and untreated, so differences in humidity may cause bending and warping over time.  Enjoy the natural curves of the wood and the depth that it adds!

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns and exchanges.  If the order you receive is not quite what you expected, please reach out to hello@gwbaum.com to inquire about refunds or replacements.
